Hmm so whats better this daedric bow yall are talkin about or my fiery glass bow? Im at marksman 83 and it does 15 dmg + 15 fire each time, plus if you do a sneakshot with a magic arrow that does +15 more fire dmg.... it ='s pure pwnage on everyone but umbra.

Where the hell is "Falcar" in Cheydinhal gulid hall? People keep telling me to go to him for the recommendation but he's not in the guild hall or anywhere.
I read somewhere that thanks to RAI some guy found a member of the guild hall dead in the streets.. I'm yet to find any corpses... is his mysterious lack of availability part of the quest or is he just bugged in my game?

edit: I'm talking about the Mages GUild recommendation quest ofcourse

Doc, in general Daedric is better (its the best material overall for weapons and the best Heavy Armour), but of course if you have an enchanted 'lesser' one, and find a normal Daedric, you need to weigh up the overall damage. If you find one I'd say keep it, at least so you have one to enchant at some point to make it better

i just noticed that you get 30 fame after you are arena grand chamption and i loved thiefes guild's last job...

got to masterthief, master mage, arena master, and set out to do fighters guild and came across a tragic bug. navpoint and journal say corpse is there, but it didnt spawn! i cant become guildmaster

as for my sword, it is a daedric long, with 25 fire damage and soultrap per hit. I run up, kill stuff, cap its soul in azuras star (reusable soulgem) recharge, repeat. about 25 hits per charge. i can kill a storm autronach in like 5 hits....might have something to do with 93 blade

hint for those of you who wish to cheat and lose all interest in the game: i found this, but dont use it because it kinda ruins it for me. get 5 items you can wear --rings, clothing, etc. and get the chamellion spell and lvl 50 illusion so you can use it. get 5 grand soul gems w/ grand souls, go to arcane university enchanting station, and make 5 pieces of 20% chamellion stuff. you are completely invisible permantly<<<<<----BORING

yay i just found out how to make black soul gems...u have to b at shrine at 10 pm on Turdas and there will b a light coming from the sky to the shrine, put ur grand soul gems in the alter then cast soul trap on alter

also has anyone does the daedric shrine quest where u have to put an offering of a black soul gem? if so is the reward worth is? dont tell me the stats or anything of the reward just tell me wat type item it is (ring, sword, axe, armor, etc...) and if its worth giving away one black soul gem...thanks!

Tip: to find the shrine u just need to do the mages guild missions (after the recommendation missions) and u will find the shrine i think on the 3rd or 4th mission

dang wen doing the main quest i accidentally gave azuras star to the guy...its gay cuz thats where the mission arrows lead u to get the daedric artifact, i've alrdy got molag bal's mace and i think im going to drop the mace somewhere so ill nvr find it, that way its like it gave away that item instead of AZURA'S STAR! then type in a cheat to get azuras star bak cuz i feel bad for cheating

What about the stupid 'area loading' that occurs while actually playing? I've been forced to wait more than five minutes for a friken area to load so I could continue. And it's not like I can move or anything while loading!

5minutes is way to long. Do what he said, the instructions he gave are on a sticky on the Bethesda forums. For me when its loading area while I'm playing it takes about 4-6seconds.

And no one knows if my missing NPC is a bug or what? no?

yes! its so nice to play normally again. i got to a point where it was impossible to walk across town in less then 5 min.....and to leave town? unthinkable.

its fairly easy, but some big critters to kill. when you get the "staff" you will be judge of what to do with it. i admit, saving game, casting it on random townspeople, and then watching the chaos was satisfying.

my favorite one--iv only done 3, theres 15-- was nocturnals shrine. (dont remember specifics, but say the word and ill look it up for ya)
you go do this short little errand and come back and get the skeleton key. its unbreakable, and takes a lotta fun outta locks, but the +40 security bonus is nice. oh, it was a moneysaver to me. iv broken over 400 lockpicks. what can i say, im a slow learner

enchanting and making spells isn't insanely expensive in this game...u can actually make awesome spells that u can cast

Besides the usual warrior, I made a raggedy, barefoot, wood elf street urchin/thief. No magic, no armor, just an iron dagger and the clothes on her back. Keeping her alive and out of jail in that environment is a challenge, but that's what makes the Elder Scrolls series so interesting.

Guys I found a ring thats a must have for any warrior class. Head northeast out of leyawin until you find some elven ruins called Veyond. Go in and in a chest there is a ring called the ring of war. It does + 10 to athletics, armorer, blade, blunt, block, and heavyarmor!!! go get it!
